STEP 1
Inquiry Form
Tell us about you and your dream day.
After receiving your inquiry form, we will respond via email within two weeks* with a complimentary estimate and custom inspiration document based on your answers.
Our team puts a lot of heart and care into these first inspiration images. They are curated over several days based on your form answers. The more detail you provide, the more specific and/or creative we’ll be able to be!
*From May through October each year, we put a pause on providing Estimate & Inspiration documents while we focus on the current wedding season. We open conversations for the following year’s wedding season in late autumn of the year prior.
We highly recommend filling out an inquiry form ASAP as we will reach out to begin correspondence (and wedding date reservation) in order of form submission.
STEP 2
Two weeks later (at most)
Deposit
Get inspired.
As you review your Estimate & Inspiration, we’ll hold your wedding date in our system for 2 weeks.* In order to secure your wedding date and proceed forward with a consultation, we require a non-refundable deposit of $500.
We require this deposit before any changes or revisions are made to the Estimate & Inspiration. The large majority of our couples wait until their consultation to dive into specific details with our team!
Important Note: Your deposit secures your wedding date and also your floral budget. Your total spend is to remain in or above your estimated budget.
*After this time, your date will be available to any other inquiring couples. Please note that as a general rule we accept only one wedding per weekend.
STEP 3
February/March of your wedding year*
Consultation
Let’s talk details and build something beautifully unique together.
We will schedule an in-person consultation approximately 5-7 months before your wedding date to discuss details more specifically. Consultations are available in our boutique on Niagara St in Buffalo, or virtually! We’ll spend time looking at florals, vessels, candlelight - and snacking and getting to know each other.
This is the most fun part! We can’t wait to meet you!
*We generally schedule most consultations in Feb/Mar of the upcoming wedding season. However, there are exceptions given for weddings early in the season, couples that are out-of-town, and other specific scenarios.
